Callao Cave is one of the limestone caves located in the Municipality of Penablanca, Cagayan province, in the Philippines. The seven-chamber show cave is one of 300 caves that dot the area and the best known natural tourist attractions of the province.

Cagayan Tourism Office To Improve Callao Cave Focus On Ecotourism, Agritourism
Cagayan Provincial Tourism Office (PTO) said they are prioritizing the development of provincial government properties for agritourism and ecotourism.
PTO Officer-in-Charge lawyer Maria Rosario Mamba-Villaflor said this will be included in their crafting process for a provincial tourism development plan, something she claims was absent in the previous administration.
Villaflor said they plan to develop a provincial zoo and wildlife medical facility in the breeding station in Zitanga, Ballesteros. The facility, Villaflor said, will cater to injured wildlife species endemic to Cagayan.
