Hindang Falls The Simple Yet Rejuvenating Waterfalls In Iligan City
Journey to Hindang Falls
This has been our third destination on that day from Dodiongan Falls then to Hindang Cave. Our journey from the jump off to the cave going to Hindang Falls was as smooth as riding a sports car. The motorcycle taxis were so amazing and the drivers were like professionals (is there such a thing? lol). Every hump and every rock in the rough road were no matches on their motorcycles. I don't know what model it was but it's like for motor cross. I asked our driver while on our way if they play motor cross. He replied "No" but they play motor trail instead.

Iligan City Trekking To Mount Agad-Agad The Random Bibliophile
Last March 26, a gang of 2 girls and 2 boys decided to trek up to the highest peak of Iligan City - the Mountain of Agad-Agad. We were all eager to reach the peak before noon so we started our day early. KC and I left the house at 7 in the morning, and we met up with our two companions along the way. We started the long walk to the mountain by 7:45 and reached the peak by 10. It was a long and exhausting trek as I wasn't equipped with enough leg muscle for the hike but I survived! Haha! The feeling as we can finally see the top was amazing. It was truly an experience worth remembering.

16th Alimango Festival In Lanao Town
A mountain of steamed crabs stood in the middle of the crowd in this colorful town of Lala to grace the 16th Alimango festival Wednesday, March 22. The free-for-all "Alimango mountain" which weighed about 1.2 tons graced the 68th founding anniversary of the town.
"It is thanksgiving for a peaceful place, the beauty and bountiful gains in harvest of Lala's farmers, fisher folk women in development, the business sector and all walks of life that help promote Lala," said Lala town mayor Allan Lim.
