In addition to other waterfalls found lying along the lengths of Km. 17 to Km. 20 of upland barangays of Siniloan, the Waterfalls Sanctuary of Eastern Laguna, there is this one waterfall that has been shared to us by the locals a couple of years back, which we were not able to visit right away.
The locals may have gotten the name from Calauan River, one of the tributaries in the upland baranggay of Magsaysay. However, the upstream water of this waterfall doesn't seem to have come from Calauan River and may be part of another river tributary, possibly heading to Tipuan River of Real, Quezon. ... -
