Welcome to the cleanest river of the North, Tapuacan River. This is located in the municipality of PUGO and the province of La Union. The smallest town of La Union which is sited in the foot Santo Tomas mountains range and about an hour away from Baguio City via Marcos Highway!
It was worth going if you enjoy a cool water from a river streams and a quiet place to relax and just hear the water flows and the birds sings. I truly fell in love with this river. People in the area make sure that river don't collect garbage as they clean it up from time to time.
