Jay Roxanne Divinagracia, the reigning Ms. Heritage Philippines 2016, the official representative of the country to Ms. Heritage Global 2016 on December 4, 2016 at St. Johannesburg, South Africa was invited to be a part of the 12th Banaag Festival (Festival of Lights) celebration in the town of Anilao in Iloilo Province.
