Discovering Bucari The Little Baguio Of Leon Iloilo
It came a little surprise to me hearing about this new destination in Iloilo. Bucari Pine Forest is a hidden destination in Leon, Iloilo that I consider as the Little Baguio of Panay Island.

Immortalizing the beginnings and ancestry of this place, Dapitanons could not help but remember the legacies left by the national hero, Dr. Jose P. Rizal, during his four-year stay here as an exile over one hundred years ago.
The city government of Dapitan led by Mayor Dominador Jalosjos Jr. has launched yesterday the fifth "Handuraw" celebration with a motorcade around the major thoroughfares in the city which ended at the Punto del Desembarco de Rizal (Rizal landing site) at Barangay Sta. Cruz where a short program was also held.
In his message to the people of Dapitan, President Benig ...
