    Right after a short funhike of Mt. Kapugan, we did a walking tour of Kiangan's tourist spots. From the mountain's jump off point, we followed the cemented road that encircled the mountain, that leads to one of their nice waterfalls.

    We saw mini-rice terraces along the way.

    After about half an hour of waling, we arrived at the waiting shed with a signage that points to Utu Falls.

    The Department of Agriculture-Bureau of Fisheries and Aquaculture (DA-BFAR) in the Cordillera and the local government Units (LGUs) here launched today the Agri-Pinoy Fish Mart Program.

    Governor Eugene Balitang said the program encourages fishery development and production such as the putting up of a complete marketing chain from the producers to the consumers.

    The Municipal Tourism Council here proposed some programs and projects to boost the town's tourism Industry given the many tourist spots and other scenic and historical sites in the area.
