Very accessible from the road, in fact you can see the falls from the main road (roughly 2-3 minutes). Landmark would be the Bagatayam Bridge, I think it's the first barangay after the Poblacion.

You need to take a short trek to Binaliw Spring. No need to hire a habal2x - it's better to take the short trek by the river for free!

No entrance fee for both. The locals are very accommodating.

Sogod is in Northern Cebu, about 2-3 hours from the North Bus Terminal in Cebu City. Bus Fare: 60-80 depending on the bus company.
