Jagna This Busy Town Is The Next Go-To Place In Bohol
We were on the road for about two hours. The typical countryside scene??"coconut trees, some houses by the highway, green rice paddies??"almost didn't change…until we reached the town of Jagna.
It was a busy place. People moved here and there, and despite having no tall buildings, the town's marketplace is crowded with establishments. I sensed progress from all the hustle and bustle, which even made me ask Mike if Jagna is already city. He said no. It's a third-class coastal town, and its main industry is farming, not fishing. Well, I told myself, maybe it will be a city soon.

1.The the crystal-clear blue water Mag-aso Falls are grand, impressive and understandably one of the main tourist attractions in the area. It was destroyed by the quake in 2013 and typhoon Seniang in 2014, but nature has carved a new view to enjoy the falls. Also in Antequera is the Inambacan which has an awesome cave and an amazing natural pool. It was destroyed during the strong quake in 2013 but is still very impressive. A pool is formed below the fall, in which water receives green color.

I was born in Lonoy, Jagna, Bohol. I live here for more than 10 years and sometimes I still visit this place. I miss the serenity and simplicity living in a barrio like Lonoy.
Lonoy is located in the mountain part in Jagna, Bohol. It is just around 15-30 minutes of travel from the town's proper. It is part of the history because of The Battle of Lonoy. The Battle of Lonoy in 1901 was a bloody American surprise attack launched on Filipino insurgents that killed over 400 in the Philippine American War.
