Maitum Jars Transferred To National Museum
Sarangani Province's pre-historic burial jars have found a new home at the National Musuem in Butuan City.
Sarangani provincial board member Jess Bascuña said Tuesday they turned over to the National Museum the nearly 2,000-year old burial jars that were found several years ago in a cave in Maitum town to ensure their proper preservation and safekeeping.
