Cabgan Island Marine Sanctuary, also called Vanishing Island, is located in the municipality of Barobo, Surigao Del Sur, about 30-minute ride by pump boat from Barobo. Just across the channel to the east is Turtle Island whose multi-colored coral reef adds to the attraction and Vanishing Island which only appears at low tide.
