Silop Cave is located in Barangay Silop, 10 kilometers from Surigao City, Surigao del Norte. It has different cave entrances leading to four big chambers with impressive limestone formations, stalagmites and stalactites - some of them creating magnificent columns.

Our friend's mother's relatives lives in the area so it was like a falling into one's lap (if you know what I mean) situation for me and my sister. We grabbed the opportunity since we only had a half day to roam around before our conference the next day.
