Lubao International Hot Air Balloon Festival is the biggest annual hot air balloon festival in Southeast Asia Held on April 14th to 17th, at Pradera Verde, Lubao, Pampanga spearheaded by Pilipinas International Balloon Festival Inc. (PIBF) together with Arts, Culture and Tourism Office (ACTO) and Provincial Government of Pampanga.
