Aguinaldo Shrine Museums In Cavite Temporary Closed On Friday

Cavite museums that are managed by the National Historical Commission of the Philippines (NHCP) will be temporary closed on Friday (Aug. 4).

Haidee Paulette Berdiz, curator of the Museo ni Aguinaldo in Kawit said the temporary closure is due to the attendance of all museum staff here to the NHCP general assembly on Friday at the NHCP headquarters in Manila.

Aside from the Aguinaldo Shrine, the other NHCP managed museums include the Museo ni Baldomero Aguinaldo, also in Kawit; and the Bonifacio Trial House in Maragondon, Cavite.

These museums will resume operations on Saturday, Aug. 5.

The NHCP general assembly is an annual event to discuss updates and concerns to better perform the NHCP mandate and improve museum operations.
