    Ating Koop party-list and environment groups Sulog and Task Force Macajalar (TFM) threw their support to Molugan Bantay Kalikasan (MBK) in Barangay Molugan, El Salvador City in its opposition against the proposed opening of an oil depot there.

    Hundreds of residents of Barangay Molugan, in El Salvador City held a picket Thursday morning in front of the defunct Timber Industries of the Philippines Inc. (Tipi) against the putting up of an oil depot in there.

    September 25, 2010 was the International Coastal Cleanup Day, so I flew up all the way to Cagayan de Oro City for the second time this month to participate in cleanup activities on the shore of Opol Beach and its underwater marine sanctuary. It was organized by Dive Special Diving Central and the Local Government Unit of Opol, Misamis Oriental.
