The Higalaay Festival (formerly known as Kagay-an Festival) is a festival held each year in Cagayan de Oro, Philippines, every 28th day of August, celebrating the feast day of St. Augustine - patron saint of the city.

    Entering its third week, the Higalaay Festival of Cagayan de Oro welcomes hundreds of participants from the citys schools, offices and organizations in the Kagay-an Festival Marathon on Sunday, August 20.

    They gathered early at the Centrio Ayala Mall area to register for the marathon.
