Team Focus goes to Laguna to experience trekking and waterfalls.
December 22,2016 Philippines.
Brgy. Balian, Pangil, Laguna - Buntot Palos Falls
Whereas other waterfalls in this series require no more than a ten minute trek, or a boat ride, Buntot Palos is a level 1 climb, taking 2-3 hours to reach. Because of this fact, it has also been dubbed the "Hidden Falls". But we prefer original name, which translates as "Eel's Tail". The resemblance may be difficult to see, but it nonetheless captures the local imagination.Source: http://www.pinoymountaineer.com

In every hike, we always have to be prepared.
When someone says the trek is just okay and bearable, always remember that your physical ability and even threshold for pain is different from others.
A simple hike for some might not be simple for you and vise versa. So always be ready, especially when the rain comes and the trail gets muddy and slippery, that can make a supposed easy trail, difficult. And that's what happened to me, to us, in Buntot Palos Falls in Pangil, Laguna.
Buntot Palos means Eel's tail. And of how they came up with that name to this waterfalls is a mystery. I mean ...
