Kalawang Falls is located in Siniloan, Laguna. It is made up of four layers of cascades that range from 5-30 feet, arranged like huge staircase, majestic on its own right. It has a deep natural basin ideal for swimming.

In addition to other waterfalls found lying along the lengths of Km. 17 to Km. 20 of upland barangays of Siniloan, the Waterfalls Sanctuary of Eastern Laguna, there is this one waterfall that has been shared to us by the locals a couple of years back, which we were not able to visit right away.
The locals may have gotten the name from Calauan River, one of the tributaries in the upland baranggay of Magsaysay. However, the upstream water of this waterfall doesn't seem to have come from Calauan River and may be part of another river tributary, possibly heading to Tipuan River of Real, Quezon. ...
Waterfalls have certain charm that makes me want too explore more of them. So, one weekend, a few Instagram friends and I decided to explore some of the off-the-beaten path waterfalls of the easternmost town of Laguna province — Siniloan.
Although Sinoloan is primarily known for Mount Romelo and Buruwisan Falls, this town is actually home to innumerable, and not so well-known nature wonders that even locals are not aware of.
