Residents are going all out in paying tribute to their unique Baggak (morning star) festival which the town had been celebrating in the last 13 years.
The week-long festival, which will culminate on April 28, is focused on thanking the communities and the private sector for their collective efforts in making the town progressive.
The festival's main theme, Panagyaman (Thankful), shows off the town's arts and culture as a way of giving back to the communities for their support.
Joan Diaz, the town's information officer, said festival had been symbolic to the town's development.
