    The summer of 2016 was sort of rough for me. I had some down time, and most of my days were spent in bed. I realized that I depended too eagerly on people who did not deserve it from me.     Caniaw Heritage And Eco-tourism Park To Rise In Ilocos Sur

    The provincial government of Ilocos Sur aims to develop as eco- tourism and heritage park the 24-hectare reforestation site in Sitio Caniaw, Barangay Taleb here.

    Initially, the provincial government has allotted P30 million to fund for the immediate construction of the Caniaw Heritage and Eco-tourism Park project.

    Governor Ryan Luis V. Singson said Thursday that a groundbreaking ceremony was successfully held recently at the actual site to signal the formal start of the project.
