The Provincial Government of Ilocos Norte is now gearing up preparations for the upcoming celebration of a grand provincial fiesta to honor its patroness, La Virgen Milagrosa.
Ianree Raquel, head of the Ilocos Norte Tourism Office, said this year's celebration highlighted the rich culture and tradition of the province inspired by the patroness.
