A memorandum of agreement was signed on Tuesday afternoon, May 16 between the Therma South Incorporated (TSI) of Aboitiz Power Corporation and its host communities aimed to implement programs that will ensure the protection of the river systems and creeks in barangays Binugao, Toril, Davao City and Inawayan in Sta. Cruz town, Davao del Sur.
