Mount Puting Bato, is the highest peak in Samal Island, stands 1,345 feet above sea level. This is located in Brgy. Guilon, Samal, Davao del Norte. Puting Bato means "white rock" which is a prominent feature of the mountain. The summit can be reached through 2-3 hours hike.
