  • Talisaynons Mark Fiesta With Gusto And Lechon

    It was not as grand as last year's Halad Inasal Festival but Talisaynons still showed that the lechon or roasted pig was still the city's fiesta table centerpiece.

    Nine contingents from the city's public schools and barangays performed with gusto during a grand festival showdown at the Talisay City Central School.

    Talisay City Celebrated yesterday its annual Halad-Inasal Festival with street dancing.

    The celebration was spearheaded by the Local Government Unit of the City of Talisay together with the Cebu Provincial Government and Congressman Eduardo R. Gullas of the first district.
