Inambakan Falls is around 100 feet high with a wide catch basin 8 feet in its deepest part. There is a big rock where the water drips and a small cave-in. Inambakan Falls is just one among the many waterfalls found in the Philippines. But what makes it so unique is the fact that it is called the hidden treasure of Ginatilan, which means, not a lot of people have gone there yet.
is true, there is no wonder why people dub Inambakan Falls as Ginatilan's hidden treasure. It has remained untouched by the modernities of life, which makes it suitable for those who fancy an unforgettable and peaceful retreat away from the hustle and bustle of the city life.

Calling the journey from Cebu City to MoalBoal "an experience" doesn't quite cut it. Public transport might be cheap in The Philippines, but you usually get what you pay for? By chance, we picked a bus that didnt have air-conditioning, and we were travelling at the hottest time of day! The windows were wide open but that just meant that we were clobbered by car exhaust fumes the whole way. On the bus, we had little space to ourselves with its undersized seats for westerners and, after the bumpy three hour journey, we had lost all feeling in our bums.

With 65 USD in your pocket, an overnight layover and an adventurous spirit, you can swim with sharks, visit multiple waterfalls, enjoy a coconut on the beach, and still make it back to the airport in time for your flight onwards.
A hidden gem in the mountains of Ginatilan Cebu, the Inambakan Falls. It is not as crowded as Kawasan Falls in Badian, perfect for travellers who want to relax with nature.
Together with my outdoor buddies, workmates, bloggers and strangers, we made our way to the relatively not-so-well known but beautiful highlands of Ginatilan, Mt. Hambubuyog. The objective I set for myself for this climb/hike are: test our new tents, visit a place I have never camped or visited before, meet new people, physical fitness, stress relief while enjoying the wonders & beauty of nature!
The town of Ginatilan is about a 4-hour ride, and costs around Php120 each one-way, from Cebu City proper from the South Bus Terminal. There are three ways to access these beautiful highlands fom G ...

With its vibrant underwater world and gorgeous waters, Moalboal's treasures have been, for months, luring us and teasing our wanderlust. And thankfully after almost a year of dreaming and yearning, we've finally experienced this underwater escapade in our recent round South trip in Cebu. To make things even better, we took a dip into a refreshing and ice-cold cascade in Ginatilan ??" Inambakan Falls.
