Osmeña Peak is said to be the highest point in Cebu City. We were still wet from our Kawasan Trip but we rode a habal-habal (motorbike) to Dalaguete. We went up, up, up, and the air grew really chilly.

It's unique from other mountain ranges in the Philippines because of its multiple jagged hills group together that overlook and stretch as far as the Badian shorelines.
