Jawili Beach is located in Tangalan, Aklan. For beach and sand lovers, Jawili Beach is just a short distance from Jawili Falls. It may not rival the white sand beaches of Boracay, but it definitely has its own character.

The first stop on my Asian expedition was the Philippines. Many of my friends in Korea have visited and raved about Boracay, the paradise island that's renowned for its white beach and never ending parties. I was eager to see what all the fuss was about, but it didn't feel like the right place to begin travelling.
After some research I stumbled upon a small beach village called Jawili that boasted a 7 tiered waterfall. It was the perfect location, just 30 minutes outside of Kalibo and bringing me closer to beautiful Boracay. From Kalibo terminal you can take a jeepney which run regularly to ...

Kalibo on the other hand is giving me too much excitement that I made sure we visit all of the attractions here. One of the attractions in our itinerary is the Jawili Beach located in town of Tangalan.
Jawili Beach is said to be the first Boracay in Aklan. It's not as beautiful as Boracay's but it's long stretch of creamy white to gray sand has it's own appeal. It's so serene an ...
